NATRAX

NATRAX (National Automotive Test Tracks) is one of the state-of-the-art testing and certification centers under NATRiP (National Automotive Testing and R&D Infrastructure Project), a flagship project of the Ministry of Heavy Industries, Govt of India planned under the Automotive Mission Plan launched by the Government of India. It is located near the vibrant industrial township of Pithampur (DistDhar), The center has been developed in approx 3,000 acres of land started operations in the year 2020.

Client Details

It is a State-of-art Automotive Proving Ground and provides a one-stop solution for comprehensive testing and evaluation, Research & Development, and Certification to entire automotive and auto component industries for all categories of vehicles from 2/3 wheeler to heavy commercial vehicles as per National and International standards.

Methodology for NATRAX staffing

SOURCING TECHNICAL MANPOWER – Recruitment of this technical manpower with experience in Automobile testing was a challenge as Madhya Pradesh does not have similar talent pool availability. All the candidates needed to be sourced from the PAN India location and relocated to the state. Kaapro was also required to provide a minimum of 5 thoroughly screened candidates for interview for each position to enable the Client to close the position.

LOGISTICS COORDINATION – There was a unique challenge of logistics coordination of all the candidates traveling for an interview as a panel of interviewers were to interview and select the candidates for staffing hence all the shortlisted candidates needed to be present on the designated date of interview.

PRE INTERVIEW DOCUMENTATION – Being a GOI project, special care had to be taken regarding the authenticity of the documents of the candidates. Kaapro collected the required credentials of the candidate before the interview and shared with the client.

Finally, focused sourcing, seamless coordination with  client & candidate by our team helped us to close all the positions and candidates joined as per planned schedule.
