About Kaapro
How Kaapro Came to Be
“Kaapro” means “Strength of God” in Finnish, reflecting the company’s philosophy and commitment. Operating successfully for over 15 years, Kaapro has been serving clients across India.
In 2003, the founders and co-promoters began their journey as business partners, working as franchisees of India’s leading HR company, MAFOI. This company was acquired by Videor in 2006, and later, in 2010, Videor Worldwide was purchased by Randstad. At that time, franchisees were given the choice to either continue as employees under Randstad or to part ways.
The Kaapro founders made the bold decision to forego what they had built in their respective regions and instead establish their own company. Several clients shifted from Randstad to Kaapro, becoming the company’s first loyal customers, showing the trust they placed in the founders. This commitment to delivering value continues to define Kaapro today.
Kaapro Management Solutions Pvt Ltd was officially established in February 2010 by five HR entrepreneurs based out of Tier 2 cities including Surat, Indore, Bhubaneswar, Patna, and Guwahati.

Co-Founder & Director
Joyshree Das Verma is a distinguished leader with over 25 years of experience in hospitality, human resources, and entrepreneurship. As Director and Co-Founder of Kaapro Management Solutions Pvt. Ltd., she brings vision, expertise, and a founder-driven commitment to providing tailored HR solutions.
In 2024-25, she served as the 41st National President FICCI FLO, championing women’s empowerment, entrepreneurship, and professional advancement, impacting lives of over 1 million women across India.
As Honorary Consul of Israel for Northeast India, she actively fosters strategic bilateral collaborations and partnerships.
Joyshree is also a dedicated Trustee of Mission Smile, supporting free, life-changing cleft care surgeries for children nationwide.
Sameer Hans
Co-Founder & Director
Sameer Hans is a seasoned professional and entrepreneur. He is a Co founder and Director of the company since its incorporation on February 15, 2010.
Sameer brings over 30 years of experience in HR consulting, entrepreneurship, and development sector work. His expertise spans recruitment, contract staffing, training, and client relationship management. Before his involvement with Kaapro, he served as Centre Head and Business Partner at Ma Foi Management Consultants Ltd., a leading HR firm in India, contributing significantly to building its presence in the Odisha region. This experience equipped him with deep insights into HR operations and business development, which he has leveraged to steer Kaapro toward success.
Minakkshi Goel
Co-Founder & Director
Minakkshi Goel is a dedicated and visionary Women Entrepreneur with 25 years of experience. As a co founder and Director of Kaapro Management Solutions Pvt. Ltd., she has successfully led strategic planning, talent management, and client relations, delivering innovative HR solutions to reputed clients like Thermax Ltd, Reliance Industries Ltd, IIT Indore, Natrax and many more. Adept at driving growth, optimizing operations, and delivering exceptional HR solutions, Her contributions led to Kaapro being nominated among the Top 3 at the CNBC Emerging India Awards in 2014. Minakkshi’s vision, backed by strong leadership and business acumen, continues to empower organizations nationwide.
Deven Tekrawala
Co-Founder & Director
Deven Tekrawala is a seasoned HR professional and entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience as a Director, HR Consultant, and Business Partner. He has successfully handled key clients like Thermax, GJEPC, ERDA, and DFCCIL, providing strategic HR solutions. Deven is functionally responsible for the Recruitment verticals and has built strong networks with entrepreneurs and educational institutions across West India. Prior to his entrepreneurial journey, he served as the Centre Head and Business Partner at Ma Foi Management Consultants Ltd. in Surat. Deven brings a unique blend of operational insight and strategic thinking to client engagements. His hands-on leadership style and commitment to service excellence have earned him the trust of clients across sectors.
Sanjay Jhunjhunnwala
Co - Founder
Sanjay Jhunjhunwala has over 32 years + experience as Computer Engineer, HR Consultant & Entrepreneur. Though he is enjoying a relaxed life and pursuing his hobbies now, but during Kaapro’s start up phase he was functionally responsible for IT & Financial controls. He also managed Pan India clients like Care India, UCSF and Pronto International. Earlier he also the Centre Head & Business Partner of MA FOI Management Consultants Ltd for Bihar region.
Sushil Tayal

Sushil Tayal is a Strategic HR & Change Management consultant, Coach and ILO Certified Master Facilitator with an experienced of 40yrs in transforming organization & leaders across globe in different industries viz. manufacturing, newspaper, media, logistics & distribution IT, ITES, Banking & BFSI.
